it was a very tough situation, but it gradually step by step,p and after 34 years now, Kaah Community Hospital is a leading Private Hospital in the Republic of Somaliland particularly GYNEOLOGY and OBSTRICIAN Hospitals with well-equipped such as 2 Operational Theater, waiting room, Recovery room, Procedures room, Delivery room, Drug Store, Ambulance and well equipped Laboratory and Blood bank. Also, we have 101 employees including very qualified specialist Doctors, Midwifery, Nurses, Laboratory Technicians, Pharmacists, Receptionists, Finance, Administration, Cleaners, and Security staff equipped with qualifications and great hospitality, we have additional departments including a Pediatric section with a specialized doctor, Neonatal Nurses, and very senior Urologist consultant. Finally, we have ultimate Ultrasound led the PHD Radiologist doctor and Digital X-RAY with qualified radiographers  In addition we have our building with a suitable environment with parking, spaced private rooms more than 45 lodgings within inside separated Toilets full of equipped and  VIP Rooms, also we have one ward consist of 5 beds. In addition, we built a new one upper floor which consists of 9 private rooms now under the finishing stage.
